Customer Service Specialist (Inbound & E-Commerce)

Dubbed as The Next Generation Supplier, we are currently seeking the right candidate who is considering sharing their talents by joining our Montreal team as our Customer Service Specialist.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated problem solver who loves working with people and who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of our fast-paced and quickly growing team.

Languages: English and French
Work Experience in related field: 1-2 years

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer customer emails, live chats, inquiries and phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers in managing their online accounts.
  • Be an expert on our product, including our ever-growing home brands and professional lines.
  • Think on your feet to devise creative solutions to any and all problems that arise.
  • Occasionally follow up with delivery service providers
  • Handle RMA requests from A to Z

Requirements

  • Strong sense of initiative, analysis and problem-solving skills;
  • Perfect communication skills in both English and French, written and spoken;
  • Excellent memory, organizational and time management skills;
  • Critical ability to adapt to a very highly dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • Reliability
  • Resourceful
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer support related position (call centre preferred)
  • Upsell experience
  • Basic computer skills
